Refund Policy

We review each refund request on an individual basis and endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Please be sure to chose carefully as Vitality Organics does not refund for incorrect product choices.

Any problems or product defects upon receipt of goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Any refunds will be reimbursed using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items (as determined by Vitality Organics) and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order. Since we use a secure payment system, we do require your credit card details to process your refund.
